I'm in for another light day today. Having two light days in a row, Monday and Tuesday, seems to work for me. I aim for about 750 calories and reduced carbs - so I eat plenty of very healthy food. Tonight (like last night) is a chicken breast and a huge green salad with a light vinaigrette and a small handful of croutons. I've already has a small bowl of fresh pineapple today -- hard to refuse when they're on sale for $2 at the grocery store!
