Wednesday Fast, 24th June
24 Jun 2015, 05:49
Good morning All!
Sitting here with my black coffee .... Somehow not looking forward to fasting today - but it'll be cool, I'm sure
Hoping for a bit of sunshine to cheer me up... somehow I find most things a bit of a drag at the moment - hope it's nothing to do with fasting ...
Have a good fast day everybody! :clover:

I'm in. Monday went fine until tea time when I went for full blown dinner. Had a full day fast until then, so that's a half success!
Aiming for full day with poached eggs and toast as usual . Coffee and water til then, and more and more decorating.
Good luck fellow fasters

I'm in too. 4th fast since starting again after a break of many months. Had it all planned (so i didn't actually have to look at any food until dinner tonight) but now am unexpectedly looking after my son at home so will need to sort lunch etc out for him. Hopefully this doesn't throw me off track! I have some emergence soup in the fridge 'just in case' though.

Good luck everyone!

I'm in today. 2nd fast of the week. Contemplating another semi-fast tomorrow as I weighed myself today and am up 1.5 pounds from last week. Not happy! It's my own fault. I went to another ball game this weekend and ate way too much crap and also slacked on the calorie counting this week. So far just coffee this morning. Hope to get by with a protein bar until dinner. Good luck to all.

I'm fasting today as part of a 4:3 this week to try and get off my plateau. Just had chicken and veggies tonight for my main meal and then a good walk afterwards!

Hope you're all doing alright
Today turned out to be a bit ridiculous... Was going to stick with my 'no calories' then a colleague brought me a danish pastry and I just couldn't bring myself to say no... So had about 500 cals in one not so healthy go ... Never mind, I needed it for the silly day that followed .. computers 'forgetting' data and stuff..
Just did a great kettlebell class and will be on water and herbal tea until breakfast tomorrow.
I feel a lot better than this morning - seeing a lollypop man doing squats with his lollypop cheered me up no end on the way to work

I'm late checking in, was weds fast day for me. Had a minut salad for lunch and two homemade scotch eggs with celeriac coleslaw for dinner. A hot sweaty exercise class tonight, then some wine gums, just fancied them.
