Hi

I was pretty naughty yesterday and scoffed a load of crisps...

Pay back time today.

I walked an hour and a quarter this morning (approx 3 miles)so i hope that did some thing.

For some reason it's not been easy this last few weeks. 'm stabilised around high 12s/ 13 stone but its a real hassle getting it below that. Saw 12.5 stone this morning.

I suspect it's going to be along evening and long night as I don't sleep ona fasting night.

Hope the (scales) needle has moved tomorrow. :-D

I hope you enjoyed them David! Don't feel guilty, that's what fasting is for!

Know what you mean about not sleeping on a fasting night .... I wish I could go to bed early and sleep but it just doesn't happen!

Good luck ... try not to fixate on the numbers ... a few crisps? Bleh! I think it gets harder the closer you are to target weight.

Crisps ... Were they as enjoyable as they used to be?

Just keep on keeping on then through the hard patch

it is amazing the energy one has when one is fasting I wonder is that the carryover into the sleep zone and causes the difficulty sleeping. Hope you sleep well

Hmmmmm yes I 'm afraid so.

A penalty of spending time with my folks. They eat stuff (though not tooooo bad) and set of food cravings for me.

No, I don't fixate on the numbers.

One crisp is never tho', so it has to be a lot all at once for me.

I'm dreading Xmas to be honest. I ve kicked booze (strictly...) and don't want sweet stuff.
