Buffet night at the local Tandoori...so a bit of everything on offer for starters amd mains and then home for a white chocolate Magnum. Mmmmm, and I wonder why I don't lose weight. :shock:

We had salmon stir fry with vermicelli noodles, loads of veg, and a really yummy soy and lime sauce.

I could eat it all over again.

I'm with Amber, wanting to know how Nadia makes a cauliflower crust for pizza!!

It's lovely how many of you make a roast on Sunday. Makes my family's burgers seem almost sad (except they were fantastic, with grilled onions and tater tots and they really hit the spot).

Our fanciest meal of the week will probably be tomorrow, and be fettucine alfredo. :-)
