Seeing as i live in the US, I have to go for

A burger in a bun with tons of crumbled blue cheese and bacon on top - about 800
Fries - about 400
2 pints of beer 450
Dessert - whatever you have will be at least 400

Grand total 2050 calories (and possibly a sore belly and a satisfied appetite)
Looking at one US chain known for big portions, they have quite a few meals at or near 2k calories

Plus I'd say half of their desserts are over 1000 calories each, with some approaching 2000.

My youngest got the results of his maths GCSE today - an A :grin:

Out to celebrate with a curry tonight. Can't see it coming in at under 2000 cals, with beer, and possibly ice cream. Have only had soup and black tea so far today so not worried (parking the low carb challenge for tonight)
Lovely, lovely celebration evening.

Just added up the calories as 2,200! So even fasting all day put me over TDEE :oops:
