My current favourite new discovery cheese wise is Manchego, oh it is soooo good!
Loathe it. Reminds me of dieting. I love cheese, especially goats cheeses, and really ripe brie-type cheeses, and the acidic lancashire/wensleydale types, and mature cheddar, etc etc

And smoked cheeses, I really really love them
OH dear, reading this post is making me crave cottage cheese now! I do like it and I needed the reminder of how good it is, high protein, low carb...yummy! Must add it to my shopping list for today!
Gosh, I haven't eaten it in years and I don't think I've ever had full fat. Wasn't aware they made such a thing. I'll buy some next time I'm at the shops and give it a go.

The full fat, creamed variety somehow seems wrong. and im finding the Aldi low fat and Weight Watchers ones nicer.

Anyone seen cultured cottage cheese per 2nd one here (old link)
