Well, I will stick with yesterday's WI! :smile: I'm happy that I was able to get close to my goal. Hopefully I can get things moving a little quicker!
My challenge today will be to stick with my no candy rule, despite helping my friend hand out candy! I haven't had any candy since the beginning of Sept!

I hope everyone achieved something on this challenge! Happy Halloween and good luck with the rest of the year!
NB: I have shown my ignorance, not knowing the date of Halloween and thinking it was before the end of October - otherwise I would not have started the Christmas Challenge until this one was over... Oh well.

Hi Everyone!
Well no I didn't reach my goal. I am so much better at fasting And at posting during the summer when I'm off work. Now, I have been sticking to low carb, but not fasting. And I haven't been checking in. I'm down about 3 more lbs, so that is good! My goal was to be down another 5 on top of that so maybe I was too optimistic. I'm just happy to be down! I gave up sugar in July and stayed all clean and good from that Except Halloween where I gave in to the dreaded call of the sugar. So today I'm back on the wagon and hopefully back on track.

And @tracieknits I hear you! that a** makes me drink too!

My apologies for not being around. No excuse except fasting disappeared out of my lifestyle for a couple of weeks. However, I am back on it now but my weight is back up to just below when I started the challenge! Just a couple of pounds lost during the course of the challenge but at least it's not a gain! I will probably join you on the Christmas Challenge - I certainly need to do something before my Christmas cruise! :frown:
Do join the Christmas challenge @Stowgateresident! You and I share similar holiday issues - and I still have a week of holiday to go...
