and what will it be?

The March equinox challenge will be over on Saturday. Should we have another challenge afterward? Would someone like to run it?

I was thinking about an ADF challenge? I thought it would give peeps a chance to have a go and see that its actually not that hard. My challenge would be a month of ADF/DODOing. Would anyone be up for it, though...thats the question?! :?:

Returned to fasting 01\06\2020
Have returned to 5:2 (500 cals) and trying to keep below 50g carbs
Living a Vegan Lifestyle now
Current weight: 12:10
Target weight: 9.7
