Last week my challenge was to not have any sweets, especially candy. I was about 90% successful with that. I need to continue to do that this week.

Also, I've just been terrible with exercise lately, I don't know why! So I'm going to try to do better with that this week. I'm going to try to get my 15 minute walk in every day (weather should be nice and my schedule is less crazy), I want to walk in the evening Thursday night and then exercise both Saturday and Sunday.

Does anyone else have any challenges for themselves this week?
My weekly goal is to get three days in of Yoga - I have take two or more weeks off of strength training and cardio and I want to get back into Yoga. I want to ease into burning more energy while fasting.

I guess I misspoke about the weather. We are having a heat wave, so it's going to be over 90 degrees F for the next few days. But maybe I can still manage the 15 minute walks and by Thursday evening it should be better!!

My challenge is just to do what my solstice challenge is, as I haven't been managing this - eating according to hunger. I am not going to put any other pressure on me through rules or restrictions. I found out last week that when I banned chocolate for my weekly challenge, I ended up eating substitutes (eg marmalade on crackers) and may have eaten more than if I had just had some chocolate. (Maybe... When I have chocolate around, I can end up eating a lot of that too. Argh.)

Have done okay today...
Well, I got in a 15 minute walk yesterday, even though it was really hot. It probably wasn't really a great idea actually because our A/C isn't working great at school, so then I was really hot afterwards! Today should be better, but I'm not sure if I'll have time. Good luck with your challenge Sassy! Maybe you should buy some chocolate, but just enough to have a little bit every day?
Great minds, cblasz, that is exactly what I have done!
Well, I'm happy to say that I got a 2 mile walk in yesterday and a 3 mile walk in today! I'm pretty happy to at least be starting to get back in the habit!

This week is the last week of school and will probably be kinda crazy, so my main goal will just be to get through it! We are done on Thursday and next week I will start my new summer habits/routine!
