Last week my challenge was to not have any sweets, especially candy. I was about 90% successful with that. I need to continue to do that this week.
Also, I've just been terrible with exercise lately, I don't know why! So I'm going to try to do better with that this week. I'm going to try to get my 15 minute walk in every day (weather should be nice and my schedule is less crazy), I want to walk in the evening Thursday night and then exercise both Saturday and Sunday.
Does anyone else have any challenges for themselves this week?
