Morning!
I am just editing on my progress tracker and am now wondering whether my 'activity' definition is correct? I currently work in a school so am always on my feet and dashing around. I also have a family and go to the gym for 1/2 an hour for 3 times a week? Any thoughts would be appreciated,thanks
Welcome! I would say that is light activity, but if you find you are not losing weight after a month, change it to sedentary (which is what I had to do).
I agree with Rawkaren. Probably depends a bit how active you are in the gym, e.g. Out of breadth, muscles aching, toning up or general walking, feel better about doing it but can still keep conversation going while exercising?
