Hi My name is Marilyn and I have recently purchased the book and started the plan.

I am looking for a simple calorie counter for foods. I tried to upload a few on my phone but they are daily weight and food trackers - all i want is a list of foods with calorific value - can you please help. { I am aware there is a list at the end of the book but I want one on my phone]

Welcome Marilyn to the forums. You are in the right place. In the diet links section 5-2_diet_links.php there are a few suggestions for apps. I use my fitness pal. Often depends where you live as well as the foods tend to be biased toward the country you live. Please do use the progress tracker. Not only is it super helpful to you but I find it inspirational to see others progress. Good luck :like: :clover:

My fitness pal Is great. You can make your own recipes up and save them on there for future ref, ie remaking and batch freezing. Plus you can add your exercise on there if you do any!

Yes as the others have said I swear by MyFitnessPal. Not actually saved recipes on there what a great idea thanks!
