progress tracker problem
04 Mar 2013, 13:28
I am registered and can login (obviously - how else could I post this topic!)

But when I click on progress tracker / add some more data I get a message 'access denied - you must be registered to the forums'

same message if I click on edit settings, or weigh in stats.
I can see my graph with initial data points, just can't add any more.

Any ideas?

Thanks

are you using the .co.uk website address or the .com? you need to use 52fastdiet.co.uk as we had to swap away from the .com for legal reasons. the domain change has caused a few issues with logging in.

if you are using the .co.uk address and are experiencing the problem please check your web browser cookie settings are accepting cookies from this site.

if none of that works please could you provide more information about how you are acessing the pages - eg the system you are using (pc, mac, ipad, tablet, phone etc) and the web browser. I would hazard a guess that you are on a mac using the safari browser?
