Hmmm, a tech problem. How are you getting to the Progress Tracker? I suggest that from a normal forum page, where you are logged in, you click on the 'Progress Tracker' link on the main menu near the top. Does that help?

What browser are you using littlewelshbird and what platform? i.e. Internet Explorer / Firefox / Chrome / Safari - with Windows 8 / Mac / Android / iPhone etc? Just to help us see where the problem might be.

Sounds like an issue with the cookie settings on your computer. Do you ever find you get logged out on the forums for no reason?

Also, try logging out, close your web browser, re-open web browser and login again.

Finally, just to make sure - are you accessing the forum through www.52fastdiet.co.uk address?

Using Safari on your iphone? That may be the problem, there is a known bug in Safari which causes random session data loss. No-one ever seems to have tracked down the cause of this or been able to fix it. If you can install a different browser app such as Chrome or Opera this may solve the problem.

Glad to hear that works for you now Carol. It's an annoying bug in Safari! I have the same problem with one of my clients' sites, Safari users occasionally losing the contents of their shopping baskets for no reason >.<;; Nothing seems to fix it aside from a change of browser.

Glad you've got it sorted :) Sorry for the problem!

Could you please forward me one of the emails if possible (send to moogie@52fastdiet.co.uk) and I'll have a look to see if that's something I can fix.
