Just wondered what people's experience is of this? Do you think fasting helps? Makes worse? No difference? Interested in your responses :o)

Hi Jensmith,

I've found that my IBS is generally better with this WOE. Word of caution is that I find the day after fasting I am extra sensitive to foods which are a bit iffy anyway. For instance, I love a coffee here and there but have to be careful they are not too strong. On a fast day or the day after I have to avoid coffee all together.
Hope this helps. :clover:

Hi
I have suffered with IBS for years and to be honest it is still too early for me to say how it will work out. My first fast day went fine, a lot better than I expected. So I was very relieved.

Time will tell but it probably also depends on which of the 3 main symptoms you have the most problems with.
