Fasting and Parkinson's

My husband has Parkinson's. I have come across a Guardian article suggesting there may be some benefit from Intermittent fasting. Is anyone with Parkinson's out there doing IF, and if so how easy is it?

This article has a lot of interesting info in it. Worth a read on how fasting was used to treat a lot of issues.

I've just started 5 2 and have a Parkinsons type illness. Maybe I have a little more energy so far. Will see how it pans out
