Wow, @wendyjane, never more than two pounds over target! :angel: I am totally impressed!
I think I've done well if I'm never more than seven pounds over! :shock: (Although my aim is two pounds! :smile: )
Fortunately weight isn't my issue as I'm maintaining at the bottom end of my healthy weight range. However during August/September I struggled to stay on track and my digestive issues flared up. :frown:

Needless to say I'm back on the boards for motivation and accountability! :oops:
