March 2015 weigh-in
31 Mar 2015, 09:00
It's the last day of March, time to report your progress for the month!

My entry weight (1st March) was 64kg and trending at 64.4kg
Exit weight (today) 63.5kg, current trend 63.6kg
So I am relieved to have dropped down a little from near the top of my maintenance range to a more comfortable mid point.

How did you do?

What a useful thing the Tracker is! From there I found out that on
March 1 - 53.9 kg
March 31 - 52.2 kg
I am finding today's not having eaten anything yet very hard. Two more hours to go to my afternoon 'break-fast'.
Then there'll be only 4 days left of my 40 days 'marathon'. Thanks for all the Forum support I've received. Could probably not have done this without you all.

I started this WOE March 1st. I weighed in at 163.4 lbs. Current weight is 158.2. I hovered around 159 for the past 2 weeks. I haven't done any measurements recently, but I had lost 1/2 an inch in my waist. Hips are the same :frown: It's strange; I have a harder time controlling myself on my non-fast days than I do on my fast days. This month I am counting my calories every single day so I don't goof up and overeat on my food days like I did this month. And now that the weather is getting warmer, I'm going to start running outside again. Looking forward to a good April!

I thought my weights going up and downso I won't bother posting here but then I checked my Libra app and it says my trend weight at the beginning of march was 87.7kgs and at the end of march its 86kgs so a loss of 1.7kgs. Yay.
Xx

I think my weight's being influenced by the form of physiotherapy I'm working with at present, so...

March 1: 107.8lbs
March 31: 101.8lbs

My current weight is below my preferred maintenance range of 105-110lbs but I'm fairly sure it's fluid shifts that will correct themselves and I'd rather continue my watchful waiting than interfere with my present routines.

Here we go:
28th Feb 125.2
3rd April 124.8
Highest recorded weight 128 on 16th March
I'm returning to daily weighing having weighed weekly during March. Weighing daily helps me feel more connected and mindful in a positive way.

28/02/15 12 stone 9 lbs
29/03/15 12 stone 10lbs
I have gained one pound throughout March so more or less stuck at maintaining a weight I don't want! But hopefully in a better routine this last week so tomorrow's weigh in will be crunch time

I can look at March 2 ways

Libra trend weight 1st March 153.6lb
31st March 151 .2 lb

Forum tracker 2nd March 10st 13.8 ( 153.8lb)
6th April 11st 1.4 ( 155.4lb)
:frown:

A Monday weigh in after Easter weekend is not such good news! Lesson: don't be too obsessed with what the scales say on any one day.
