Monthly Weigh-Ins

20 posts Page 1 of 2
Hi all

Well, due to an overwhelming vote in favour of getting a full breakdown of the month's results for those who posted their stats on the September weigh-in thread, here goes!

61 people posted but 4 of those admitted to aiming to maintain so I've excluded them from the analysis
Total weight lost was 77.08kg making an average for the month of 1.33kg
And we jointly lost 38.8cm off our waists (average 1.29cm)

For women (n=52):
Average weight loss was 1.33kg
The biggest loser for weight was @Domane at 5.4kg
The biggest loser for waist was jointly @pamico and @Sue.Q each losing 4cm

For men (n=6):
Average weight loss was 2.51kg
The biggest loser for weight was @TBrewerton who lost 4.2kg
The biggest loser for waist was @allfrogs at 6 cm

Well done all you losers :like: and keep plugging on those who didn't see much progress :clover: . I certainly get the impression that the summer holidays here in the Northern Hemisphere has had a toll on both the kgs lost and the number of people joining in. Sadly this month's average weight lost per week has dropped to 0.333kg (0.73lb). Let's keep our fingers crossed for next month!

Next weigh in will be 5th October
Sorry I couldn't add my results because I had no scales or wifi where I was on holiday.
Thank you for working it all out and posting. I am now only 6lbs off my target weight so I don't expect to lose as quickly from now on... and then I'll be onto maintenance anyway. But I feel "reet chuffed" to see my name as the biggest loser. Makes all that abstinence worthwhile!!! lol
Thanks Caroline! It is always fun to see the data :)
Thanks. You all do a fab job running this forum.
Thanks for the work. For once I am happy to be a "big loser"!
Thanks Caroline for the latest results - the holiday period has certainly had some impact and maybe the fact that several people have now being doing 5:2 for long time, the rate of weight loss has slowed down? I have been maintaining for over 3 months, but anticipate an increase in my weight when the cold weather comes as I do like my home made soups and stews etc rather than lots of salad during the summer months!
Thank you, dear Caroline!
Well done to all losers!
Thanks for working this all out! Great to see all the achievements. Great motivation.
Well done all of us no matter where we are in this WOE in all our variations we are still on a mission which is for our better health. Onwards and downwards we go to October, what a year
Thank you for this Caroline. I am hoping to be on maintenance from now on so I guess I won't be weighing in again but I still like to look at the results.
Wow only 6 guys I feel a little out numbered haha

So happy with the months results and looking forward to this months! The loses have certainly slowed down but they haven't stopped which is all that is important :-)

I have officially passed half way to my first target which is very exciting!

Well done to everyone from this months results and good luck to you all for the coming month!
Thank-you Caroline on all your hard work
Well done to all the losers ( me also I had joint with pamico :clover: :clover:
Don't think I've ever won anything before  pity it too 2 months to realize I hadn't actually posted my results before  Lol
Well done all :clover: Sue
Well, I have to admitt that I didn't put in my stats because I hadn't lost any weight. If there are many others like me, that would skew the result. Next month I will enter my stats, whatever they are.
