Monthly Weigh-Ins

:announce:
The July weigh-in thread will open on Friday 5th July and will be open until Monday 7th (afternoon).

As not everyone weighs and as waist measurement is a better indicator of fat loss, we will declare either or both weight and waist, current and last month's figures (June 1st).

Next month's weigh in will be due on August 3rd, but I'll be away on holiday so I'll need a volunteer to run the weigh-in!

I will have to miss this months weigh-in; going to Brewick tomorrow for a long weekend, back late on Monday.
If you are short of male stats, you are welcomed to get my data from the progress tracker (I have just entered this weeks data) or you can send me a message and I will post you todays data
How does this work?
Does the data get lifted from the Tracker or do we respond to this thread. Our first time so not sure

Hi, any chance you could post a link to last months weigh in thread please? I'm on my phone and can't find it with a search.

That way I can find out my last month stats.
