I wish I had read that blog before Christmas, I did't manage a fast day last week and will only get to fast tomorrow this week so I've been beating my self up a bit. I started 2-5 in August and I have lost 24 pound, so I do not wan't to undue all my hard work
 Hi @Dalysa Well done with your weightloss Please don't beat yourself up because Christmas/Birthdays/Anniversaries/Holidays. are all times to enjoy ourselves then get back on track as soon as possible afterwards put all those bad thoughts behind you now and forget last year!!! you won't be on your own not fasting I didn't but I mostly do 16:8 nowadays as today then a true fast tomorrow. if you've gained it won't take very long to lose it again, on holiday I gained 5kg in a week!!!!
But 10 days of 16:8 +4:3 and it had gone, this xmas I've gained 1kg which for me is good news so from now on I will fit in some serious fasting because as you can see I've still got a long way to go but at least with this WOL I now know I will be able to do it and reach my goal. and so can you let's do it together it's a new year so we begin again.
