2nd fast day == done!

Hello! I just finished my 2nd fast day and I'm down from 185 to 181.5 lbs! I do have 4 eating days left in the week though so I expect to go back up a bit.

I can't believe how much energy I have on my fast days. I hope this will spread over to my non-fast days eventually.

My only problem is having trouble falling asleep at the end of fast days...not due to hunger but simply not being tired. Maybe it's a combination of an increase in energy plus drinking more coffee than I'm used to.

Anyhow, I'm sure I'll figure that out and I feel very optimistic about this way of life!

:clover: Hi @endershadow And Welcome to your new WOL and well done on the weightloss so far, as for the sleepless nights I don't share your problem but I have seen other members suggest saving calories for a hot chocolate drink in the late evening. :clover:

Welcome and congrats endershadow. That's a great start. I think most people find that the sleeplessness settle down after a while. Yes a hit drink before bed helps.

See, it's not that hard - certainly easier than dieting 7 days a week :-)
