Hi,

I was wo during if anyone had any experience, facts, thoughts, opinions on having your two fast days one after another say a Tuesday and Wednesday instead of a Monday and Thursday?

I don't want to do it if its going to be detrimental to my weight loss or dangerous for my health.

There are a few people who do both together but most say its too hard. Its down to personal choice. Maybe some of the people who do both together will chip in.
I have done it a couple of times since I had no other days to fast. I found it OK, not harder than non-consecutive fasts.
Although they weren't followed by 5 days of non-fasting. I think one time it was 4 and the other was 3.
I also do 2 consecutive days of Dukan attack and then a fast. That is hard, to be honest, but it does make a huge difference in my weight loss.
