We had the cod wrapped in parma ham with roasted peppers last night. I thought it was delicious but my kids poked at it a bit and weren't impressed! Still, I gave the leftover veg to our chickens and they seemed to love it!

Just got the book yesterday and spent last night looking at all the recipes and drooling over the pictures! Fast day today, so I'm having the chicken caesar salad, as I have all the ingredients bar the anchovy fillets. I shall try some of the others based on the recommendations here! Thanks

I made the sweet and sour chicken last night, and while the taste and consistency of the sauce was utterly gorgeous, there wasn't much bulk for the calories, if you see what I mean, so I'd probably save it for a feast day and have it with egg fried rice
