I believe he simplest ready meal is an egg! I overcalculate each large egg to be 100 cals, whip them into an omlette and serve with some salad leaves, or mushrooms, tomatoes etc.. nutritious protien packed little gems! Or of course, boiled, scrambled or poached - even fried if you have calories to spare! Happy fasting!

Has anyone thought of using Wiltshire Farm Foods for ready meals?

They're really cheap, delivered and good quality. My Hubby is a support worker and a diabetic couple he works with occasionally have them delivered every week.

On the website you can specify meals for certains diets ... low salt, veggie, egg free etc and you can list all meals under a specified calorie amount. ;)
