Getting serious though there re some foods that aid in fat loss or reduce fat absorption. Could we list them for example chilli, and lots of greens have negligible cals. Also there is counteracting of fats like in the French cuisine.

I read that dark chocolate also kills fat in the stomach. Soooooo, being a brave volunteer I'm off down the sweet shop to buy a load and test the theory...........will let you know how I get on :grin:
