Advice needed
29 Jul 2013, 08:39
This week I have started with new resolve. I'm fasting today and had intended my second fast to be Wednesday. Changes of plans have now meant that I can't fast Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. I'm not good at fasting at the weekend. Should I fast tomorrow even though that's two consecutive days? I know I'll feel quite down if my first week back on this woe results in only one fast.
What would you do?

Why not give it a try? If you get around midday & find it too difficult turn the day into 16:8ing & just eat less in your eating window & you will still have extended your fast day by a further 18 hours

Thanks Isis, that's a good suggestion.

I would fast back to back. It's not ideal, but the mental achievement is huge so you won't be beating yourself up all week.
