Hello fasting community,
This is my first post as I am fairly brand new to this whole lifestyle. I am eager and excited. Finally, a way of eating that totally fits my personality. When conventional dieting (calorie counting), I rarely make it more than a day before falling off the wagon so to speak. Now, I can legitimately do that!
Anyways, I have been stuck at 113.5 lbs range forever. I recognize that is very small - I am only looking to lose a few pounds and maintain but I never buckle down long enough to see any difference, it's just so easy to maintain rather than put in the time as being at a low weight means a loooong wait to see a permanent difference.
Just wondering if there is anyone else on here who is a short and small to buddy up or provide some inspiration.
