I guess I am kind of addicted. I need my 2 to 3 fasts a week they help me to feel relax and in control. Maybe because it's the only thing I can really control for nearly a year.

However, even if I am addicted to my weekly fasts, I choose these days randomly, when I feel the need. One example, last week my fasts were Monday and Friday, this week it is Monday and today. I let my body decide in the morning : if I am hungry or not for breakfast will decide if it will be a fast or not.

The 2 fasts a week are part of my routine and I need my routine to run smoothly. The only thing is I don't count the calories. Sometimes I will eat a little more (around 700), sometimes a little less. As I am have the same weight for nearly a year now, I think I must be doing something right :grin:
