I usually have low blood pressure, but fasting today and its higher for me at 122/76.

Is fasting stressful physically thus causiing a spike for me in that reading. I do have a thumper for a headache.

Last week I had a real mean thumper for a headache and had lots of water, licked some salt. So I figured it was the bad way I had eaten the day before, too many simple carbs and junk.
