Blood test results
20 Dec 2013, 06:15
I had fasting blood tests a few weeks ago. Today I got the results. No significant changes. But my glucose and cholesterol figures are all good anyway , so doc says the fact that they are not going up is cause for celebration. He's done some reading on the 5:2 diet and gives it his tick of approval. I'm happy.

Sounds like a good supportive Doctor you've got there Sallyo. It must be good to have the results back and see some good figures.

Got mine too today. All excellent. Not sure whether they're due to 5:2 as I've never asked for a print out of HDL/LDL before but proof enough that this diet is good for me.
