Has anyone heard from Dhana? She visited the forum on the 10th of November, her last post was made on the 21st of October and my PM to her on the 12th of November has not been read yet. I am getting a little worried so, @Dhana, where are you and are you O.K?

Can't keep losing members before the Christmas party!

Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants.
Embracing 16:8 by eating between 11am - 7pm.
Keeping carbs down low, my daily protein aim is 80g and mindfully enjoying the good fats of organic extra virgin olive oil and organic butter.
Always look on the bright side of life :0)
