The cold seems to have a good impact on my appetite as I find fasts way easier in winter than when it's hot outside, even if I am really freezing when I fast. Inside the temperatures are 19°C during the day and 18°C at night, so not too warm and I take the same on fasts whatever the season, coffee, tea, a whole lot of water (around 3l ) and a home made soup. As I am quite sensitive to heat, it can trigger an asthma attack, that may explain why it's easier to fast in summer than in winter. The only thing that really changes is the dinner time, I eat around 6:30 PM in winter and around 8:30PM in summer

About the cravings, I don't think I really have different ones, I love cheese and eat some nearly every day, but hey, I am a Frenchie so I suppose that's just normal behaviour
