This is according to British scientists who have created a brain training game that they say can help you lose around 0.7kg (1.5lb) in one week. The researchers claim the game can help some people consume 220 fewer calories a day – and now you can see if it works for you.

Very interesting information. I enjoy reading unique and useful post about losing weight. Our brain play a big rule on everything we did everyday. Yes, I can train my brain but I guess I really needs time for that. If we have a control and discipline on what we eat, we don't have to worry anymore about weight loss.

Yes, it definitely worked for me and has lasted for several weeks. When I look at some foods I just visualise a big 'NO' and that's it, temptation gone!
