number 5 fast for me today - 3rd week in - discovered that you need to be quite creative on fast days - made cauliflower rice for the first time tonight, stir fried with quorn chicken pieces, garlic, courgettes, pepper and herbs, and a dash of hot jalapeno sauce - whole dish for 300 calories and was more than enough for 2 of us - I think this or variations of it will become a fast day favourite.
has anybody else got any fast day favourites?
