What I have learned over the past 6 months is its possible to go without food without any harmful effects.
More than that, it's made me wonder if we spend most of our time eating....... to give us the energy to digest more food?
My recent eating habits are defo less is more...
I'm interested in any arguments or links relating to the enrgy required for digestion as opposed to the energy required for our every day lives?
