Fantasising about tomorrow....
22 Jul 2013, 16:47
First fasting day of my 2nd attempt at IF!

It's been ok really, felt a little giddy on and off and had a few waves of hunger but nothing unmanageable.
Been on herbal tea and water all day apart from at lunchtime I had a cup of miso soup and a hard boiled egg, plus a small coffee with a splash of skimmed milk.

Got housework to do tonight then early to bed with a book I think - must keep busy to avoid focusing on my stomach!
ANYWAY, I can't stop fantasising about tomorrow! It's my day off work and the only one that I'll get without my beautiful children, for the next six weeks! (God love the six week hols, eh?!)

I am going to make it all about ME, I'm going to start the day with a croissant and a latte, walk the dog, maybe watch a film or (hopefully) sunbathe, read my book, come on here, I may even take a vow of silence for the six hours that I will have to myself! In the evening I have some delicious French red wine with my name on it, plus a facemask and The Big Bang Theory.

I CAN'T WAIT!!!!
Sounds lovely. I would want a pedicure instead of the face mask as my feet are terrible at the moment. But a day to myself, is unheard of in this household.
