Fasted brilliant yesterday,
18 Oct 2013, 10:01
Hi, well did my almost total fast yesterday , only 120ml skimmed milk, ( to use in some coffee ) it's now been 39hrs in total and I'm not hungry at all, stomach is rumbling thou, I'm very pleased I did it, classed that as I good day, just wondering when to start eating today?? Does anyone know if it would be wise to see how far I can go, as I was thinking once I start to eat that will be it and I won't stop, :victory: ,
Good luck to those who are fasting today,  :victory:

Good work Smudge but IMHO its now time to eat
Extended fasting can become counterproductive..i think 32 hours is the max.time recommended.
I understand how you feel tho..i very often feel when i break my fast that i could just go on eating,so its tempting to continue fasting, but if i were you I'd be thinking now in terms of a nourishing meal x
