Good morning Monday fasters and what a thickly foggy day we have here.
Let's get the fast chat started and cheer the day along.
Lemon verbena tisane in hand, cat dozing on lap, fasting until 6pm then under 500 calories to eat then back to fasting until after 10am tomorrow. It's all good.
Good luck folks :0)
I'm in. It's only 917am and I am already kind of struggling. I think I will get something like a salad with 2 boiled eggs for lunch (around 200), and then I'll have to see about dinner. I will be having a protein shake due to a weight lifting class later. I just want today to be over ugh
I'm trying my first fast in months today. Fell off my horse and the wagon! xxx
Good morning AB and fellow fasters! I' m in too
Nice to see you @drilakila!
Have a groovy day everyone while yr body enjoys its MOT! X :like:
I am fasting for once on a Monday. Woke up feeling really good. This fasting is getting easier. But never too easy :struggle: . One more fast day to go this week, On Wednesday, and then I'll enjoy not fasting...
Fasting here. I've had my two cups of coffee with half and half (40 calories). I'm working from 1-7 pm today, and I'll have time to eat a greek yogurt with peanut flour (115). Dinner will be some lean ground beef with tomatoes and green beans... or maybe just a burger. I need to pound the water today so I can get rid of this weird bloat that's been happening.

Good luck to everyone today! :like:
I'm fasting today too and not doing to bad.
Happy fasting everyone
I'm in! So far I've had a coffee and a soft-boiled egg. I need another coffee...

Now all i need is to get thru til bedtime! X
The KitchenIs Now Closed!
I've also been fasting today. I went away for a long weekend so I need to make up for that. I've had two bowls of ham, barley and vegetable soup and a lot of tea and coffee.
Ok folks! I'm late checking in, like very late, it's 2300 hours. After my Mother's mega 90th birthday party weekend in Lancs I returned home to London last night, full of the weekends delights. My fast day at work went absolutely fine but this evening 'no can do' when a cousin decides to drop by for the night, en route to her home in France. Honest, I had to open my fridge door and cork the vin rouge
Guess who is fasting tomorrow :?:
I'm in today, just had my cuppa broth. Snack soon and dinner later...
This is a VERY VERY late check in. I was in, yesterday. I had a good day, miso soup around 1ish and eggs with pumpkin, fennel and leek frittata for dinner followed by half a mango. It was a really good fast. Also, on Sunday, at an Open Garden, I met a man who confided in me that he had recently successfully lost a lot of weight: 'How did you do that?' says me. 'I'm on this diet, It's call the 5:2 diet....'
