Am I alone on my full day fast today?
Happy October folks and may it bring you joy.
Water, tisanes, black decaf coffee for my day, then avocado with boiled egg and leaves and double jersey cream in my evening decaf coffee, yummy :0)
I' m in today too, to get October off to a swinging start!
Good luck AB and anyone else who comes along! Xx
Not in today, having got back to target after losing six of the six and a half pounds that I gained on my visit to Belgium! However, I will be eating mindfully in order to consolidate the loss, so today will be a minimal day but not a fast day. Good luck to those of you who are fasting today - may the fast be with you! Onwards and downwards! :victory:
Hi all, I'm in too today. Drinking black coffee & hoping for miracles!
I'm in today as well. I'm just planning on having a successful fast! Dinner will be chicken in on of those bags with the flavouring in it served with green beans and broccoli. In the meantime, tap water, fizzy water and fennel tea.
I'm in too. Third of the week, second 500 cal one. Coffee, water and liquorice and peppermint tea until tea time. Need to go out and get eggs. First, painting the front room, so plenty exercise as well.
Have a good one fellow fasters and mindful eaters
:clover:
I am also fasting today. Second fast of the week. I am trying to lose the four pounds gained on my holiday in Italy. I have already lost two of those pounds so two to go. I wish I didn't have to fast. Waiting for tonight's supper, and then for the week end with no fasting
I'm in! Fizzy water and plenty of tea. In the mood for soya bolognese and courgette spaghetti at 7pm.
Head otherwise deep in work.....
Good luck everyone :clover:
Hello, I am here as well. Doing liquids only, but "luckily" so busy at work I've no time to reflect on any real or imagined hunger pangs...
I'm in on my 'wrong' day again. First time I've done 2 fasts in a week since the beginning of September and it hasn't been an easy one. Nearly time to start cooking now
Middle of the day was a real struggle but I got through it before going off for some exercise in water. The physio made us work really hard but I am willing as the benefits have been great. As long as I can have black coffee afterwards I don't feel the need to eat.
Must make October a month when I lose weight as I've been more or less static through the last two. :frown:
Hello, dinner ended up a boiled egg and mound of spinach, blueberries and greek yoghurt. Watching a programme on BBC1 , eat well. A family spends £329 on convenience food  so they are teaching fresh is great and a bargain. Doing my head in
I'm in today, representing the U.S. contingent! Just after 1:30 here, had my coffee and tea, will have fiber shortly, broth later, snack after work, dinner 9-10ish. Weigh in tomorrow; would be nice if it showed a loss, I've been plateaued for quite awhile now...but at least I'm stable! Hey all you younguns, that does seem to be a benefit of post menopause: weight doesn't rollercoaster with your cycle!

@Ferretgal I believe from what I have learnt a plateau is healthy, normal and should be embraced. Imagine you are maintaining like many of us, that's our goal. Do join in our monthly maintenance thread conversation, it might help you with your current plateau. :clover:
