Fasting when not feeling well.
20 Nov 2013, 21:21
I usually do monday and wednesday fasts but I have been poorly with a bad throat and feeling shivery since Sunday. I decided to go ahead and fast anyway on Monday morning , thinking I would review the day if I felt too ill. I broke the fast at 6pm and ate approx 800cals. Similar pattern for todays fast.
I'm still calling them as valid fast days as I DID fast until 6/7pm and ate less than half of my TDEE anyway.
In the past I would have comfort eaten and not bothered restricting any meals if feeling so crappy.

What do you do when ill?

Btw how many calories in panadol extras? Lol
How many calories in panadol? Depends if you want me to sugarcoat it for you...
