If I can trust my digital scales with the fat % and it gives me 26% all through my various up, down, yo yo numbers, does this mean at 26% fat at a higher body weight mean to understand I may be with more muscle? I have been doing some weights and spin classes. It has a water % as well, and yes I'm weighing more today, but I did some weights yesterday. Not happy fasting today with more weight than few days ago.

I think that you are right. You have been exercising so it would make sense that you have stressed your muscles and in return they are repairing. Read somewhere recently that muscles under repair hold onto water. So I believe you are experiencing a combination of water retention and increased muscle mass. Good for you. Those muscles will burn even more calories for you.
