Well i have had a good innings now its time to get back on track.
So tomorrow i am determined to stop the bad habits and start eating healthily.
I still have plenty of goodies left from the Christmas period and given half a chance i would get rid, but my family wouldn't thank me, so its up to me to make sure i step away from the goodies.
Wishing everyone a great new year and above all a healthy life. x
Hi janpartly, happy new year to you and good luck, yes I to have enjoyed Christmas and every thing that goes with it,I need to get back on track now. I joined last year and found it hard but having another try now
Welcome back @Janpartly. See you over on Fasting Today.
Yes, I also had a good time in December, starting with my birthday early on in the month and working up to Christmas and New Year. Just to think last April I weighed 139 lbs and start this year at just over 126 lbs feeling bloated, sluggish and quite honestly just generally uncomfortable but then I look back to feeling tired all the time, unable to concentrate, sugar swings and that's not even mentioning the dreadful photos. If you 're short in stature it's easy to look like a cube! So happy to get down to 115 lbs in the autumn, but with the cold winter months ahead aiming for 120 lbs. It does get bitterly cold in Cyprus - snow already on the mountains and heavy showers today.
Welcome back @Janpartly sounds like we are all raring to go @newgirl @galexinda  :clover:
Thanks for the welcome guys, feeling positive :like:
