Feeling stuffed on a fast day!
06 Aug 2013, 20:06
Just had my one evening meal (fast day) and I'm absolutely stuffed. I feel like I need to sit/lie down and digest! I don't know exactly how many calories I ate but I suspect in the region of 300-400.

This hasn't happened to me before, but I am trying this week for the second time 4:3 with 2 consecutive fast days, and this is the end of my second fast day in a row. Maybe if I do this again I'll just stick to a salad at the end of the second day!
It happens to me on the fast after the two attack days. A salad is a good option now that it's hot and the veggies are at their best!

I'm just sitting here thinking similar!! This is my very first fast day, and i've had about 400 cals in one meal, and I'm so full!
Looks like the 2 consecutive days were worth it though - I woke up this morning to a nice loss instead of the plateau I've been on :D
