gained cms on stomach!!!!!!!
21 Feb 2014, 11:41
Excuse meeeeeeee....... I wrote on here last week claiming I'd lost 6 cms around my waist. From 86 to 80...... this morning (yesterday was my 6th fast day) i measured myself again and...... I am 82 if not 83!
Could that only be due to the fact I am very likely going to get my period between today and tomorrow? I usually have 27-28 day-long cycles (from day 1 of period to day 1 of the next period if you know what I mean) and today is the 27th day..... I have heard your stomach inflates when you have your period but I never really paid attention.... and would it inflate this significantly???
It better be that, darn it!
Yep I would say that's exactly what happening. Water retention and all that crap we have to put up with. Next week you will be down again. Or at least that's how it goes with me.
I'm blaming this "happy time" on my weight increase this Week.
I guess tht's why it's called The Curse, humpty!
Never mind, its only temporary gain x
Been there! I used to get very bloaty!! it will pass (no pun intended)
