I ran out of heavy stuff to photograph so I can't show any higher weights and next doors children were out for the day, as I was going to snaffle their toddler to show how heavy she was as a comparison.

Now I want you all to look at the pictures and imagine how much they weigh, how many bags would it take before they ripped or handles snapped off. How many trips to the car to get it all loaded. This is the weight you have, or will be losing, so stick to it, work through the rough spots, you can achieve what you need to achieve.
