Awwwww guys that's lovely of you
It's a "significant" birthday so I've been REALLY spoilt so far, with lots of lovely 'keeping' presents. OH got me a Jack Vettriano canvas & a JV print that we took to the framers this morning, and my lovely sister got me three canvas pictures made from photos, all of Apocalypse
I got taken out for a lovely meal last night & this evening (after my session with Apocalypse) OH is cooking my favourite meal of chicken breast stuffed with boursin & wrapped in parma ham yum yum
The only downside is that I can't fast on Monday as I have an important business meeting in the evening & I'm too tetchy at the end of a fast day !!!! So Tuesday & Thursday of next week are goign to have to be the final repair days before Christmas.
Off back for some more of being spoilt now

My personal take on 5:2 is;
Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays 5:2 36 hours
Green tea all day then less than 500 calories in one meal in the evening.
16:8 all the other days, wey-hey at weekends and daily weighing
It worked for me sloooowly

Goal Achieved after 9 1/2 months and now maintaining
In a fasting mainteneers fivesome with pennyforthem, callyanna, stowgateresident and auriga
