Happy return!
04 Jan 2014, 19:42
I stopped following 52 10/31/13. I didn't plan on it but it just happened that I lost all self control. In retrospect I am glad it happened because now I am happily ready for the next 25pounds. I gained 5 pounds but lost three so a net two pound gain in two months.

What I learned is that for me I must stick to a mon/wed 6p-6p schedule otherwise I will continue to put the fast off until tomorrow.

Hope you all had wonderful holidays and best wishes for successful 52ing for the New Year.

Hi ClaireMarie. And welcome back.

I think it does us good to have a break every now and then.

Keep in touch.

I don't know if this is my imagination but back in October I suffered from loose skin? But after taking the break it seems to have tightened up a bit. Well anyway I plan on a Mon fast.

Clairemarie, my loose skin tightened up some during my 7 week or so plateau that I hit around that 6 month period. Still have a way to go of course:)
