Having a bad day !!!!
22 Oct 2013, 17:46
Hi all, well today feels like I'm having a bad day, so far only nearly 800 cal, but not brilliant food choice, started off well as 1 small slice bread toasted with strawberry jam, "now it goes down hill!!", LUNCH small bag of caramel snack a jacks, a small banana, TEA small bag sainsburys cheese onion crisps, banana and 3 foam shrimp sweets, and a mini twix sweet, not going well, included in the 800 cals a low fat greek yogurt for later, just wish I could kick this sweet tooth , it's not happening yet!!! :frown:

Sounds like a entree to a binge to me. Enjoy it and try again later in the week.

Oh dear Smudge... but don't worry too much we all have days like this - whatever stage of the game we're at! Put it behind you and try again another day :clover:

Hi Smudge and Welcome
Yes we all get those days so best forgotten :like:
Put it behind you and try another day. For me it works best to eat evening meal only because once i ate lunch/snack i actually became more hungry !! So was wondering if this is any help to you then you eat 500 cals and fill up at the end of each fast day, i do a 2 course evening meal by way of a
reward for going the 24 hrs :clover: Sue. :clover:

Hi sue & all
sorry if I didn't make it clear, today wasn't a fast day
It should have a " normal" feasting day but healthy food, And that's where I've gone totally down hill by not being health, I just need sweet stuff today, ( really that's a lie ),I dont need it, but should I say I want it, and can't stop my self, I've been really good the last 3 fasting days, I've eaten nothing, just wish I could be so good with my choice on a feast day!!!, :curse: but thanks for your advise

If it was a normal day just go with the flow and try and keep within your tdee. You will sort it out sooner if you don't worry too much.

Hee hee hee!
Happens to all of us, I'm about to make flapjack, wonder how many of them will make it into the oven!
Relax and try again tomorrow. Give yourself permission to be naughty every now and again. It is why this works so well!

Hello everybody
I started my first fast day yesterday, and I was ok with my porridge and water for breakfast.

Then I had two crackers and cheese for lunch, but then I grabbed another two crackers and cheese for lunch! I wanted more!

Evening meal was a small stir fry but later I felt hungry and had two slices of toast with butter - and jam!

What on earth possessed me!

Well I will do it again tomorrow - I hope I am in a better place.

Maggie.
