Yum! Thanks Manderley. The ramen soup sounds good too, although it's going to be 40C here today so soup might not be ideal
These look good Manderley - Xanthe Clay is good and a long term 5:2er - it was her interview with Dr Mosely last April that made me think about doing 5:2
Low calories recipes shouldn't be boring :cool:

As I said in my thread, today I am making 2 recipes, one I don't have a clue on how many calories but it shouldn't be too bad and the other one a 70 cal onion soup which already smells amazing from my slow cooker :eat:

I always seem to end up looking at food on fast days. These all look amazing, especially the scallops.
