I thought I was going to be going out for dinner this evening, but at the last minute plans have changed.
My original thought was - hoorah (for fasting, not because I didn't want to see my friend!) - and that I could call today a fasting day, as I was going to do Thursday, but that might prove difficult. However, I've just totted up my intake and I think I've had about 750 calories...
What shall I do? Just call it a fasting day with a few extra, or have some supper and give it a go on Thursday? I can't do tomorrow as I really am going out for a meal.
Thoughts, feelings, anyone else had experience with this?
