HELP - What to do??

Hi everyone,

I thought I was going to be going out for dinner this evening, but at the last minute plans have changed.

My original thought was - hoorah (for fasting, not because I didn't want to see my friend!) - and that I could call today a fasting day, as I was going to do Thursday, but that might prove difficult. However, I've just totted up my intake and I think I've had about 750 calories...

What shall I do? Just call it a fasting day with a few extra, or have some supper and give it a go on Thursday? I can't do tomorrow as I really am going out for a meal.

Thoughts, feelings, anyone else had experience with this?

It's just a fast day with extras, don't beat yourself up over it but if it really bothers you then cut back 50-100 cals over a couple of days and your weekly total will be as it would have been, simples :?: :cool: :grin:

At this stage of the day,I wd still call it a fasting day..i have had that many cals and still considered it a fast day,tho obvs not every time! I agree with Bal@ballerina and i know @PennyForthem has said she's gone over by that much and still lost loads x
Dn't worry Pinch,don't over think it all..i find myself in that maze sometimes too..but as they say " Don't sweat the small stuff" it will be ok in the bigger scheme of things :like: x

You'll be fine pinchy, still a low day after all. Stop the eating and you can call it an eating window day instead.

Given that you said it may be hard to fit another one in, why not call it w fast day and as suggested above just adjust tomorrows cals to account for it if poss, but as was also said you will likely still lose even at that level. Good luck whatever you decide

I have often had this problem, I fast all day so do not worry about a few extra calories in the evening. As I do 4:3 I never over eat. My weight is going down steadily.

I think if you try to eat a bit less over the next few days that spoils the simplicity of this WOE. Call it a fast day, an imperfect fast day but that really is OK
